Bobtails Playgroup and Teddy Club have served the village of Stanstead Abbotts for over 25 years.
Run by a committee of volunteer parents, the playgroup became a charity in 1994.
The playgroup employs seven permanent staff who all have at least NVQ Level 3 in Early Years qualifications.
